These terms apply to the public PlanBuilt Control website and to general use of the PlanBuilt Control application suite unless a separate written agreement applies.
Purpose
PlanBuilt Control provides project controls applications and related workflows for engineering, procurement, construction readiness, progress tracking, forecasting and 4D planning support.
Acceptable Use
- Use the website and applications only for legitimate business and project purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful, malicious or confidential third-party data without permission.
- Authorized users are responsible for the accuracy of the project data they enter.
No Professional Guarantee
PlanBuilt Control supports project analysis and decision-making, but it does not replace professional judgement, contract review, project governance or formal schedule approval. Forecasts and reports depend on the quality of the input data and project logic.
Intellectual Property
The PlanBuilt Control website, visual identity, application concepts, workflows and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. No rights are granted except for ordinary access and use as authorized.
